Yes.  If an item is NOT eligible for returns or exchanges it will be listed in the product description.  Items must be received within 30 days of original delivery receipt, unworn, and in their original condition.  To initiate a return/exchange please use this link. Misprinted/damaged/defective claims should be sent to: hello@medthusiast.com. Please include your order number, name, email, description of the issue, and photos.  Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received.

Oh no!  This is never an ideal situation for any customer and we always do our best to track down your lost order.  Usually, one of two situations have occurred. 1) Postal employees prematurely mark a parcel as delivered while the package is still on their truck.  On some occasions, the package can even be delivered up to 72 hours after being marked as "delivered". Or 2) your package was accidentally delivered to a neighbor.  It may take neighbors a day or two to check their mail but frequently they'll bring the package to its rightful owner.  If you live in an apartment complex please check with the front office.  Please also be aware that mail thieves do take advantage of any opportunity they can.  If you are worried that your package may have been stolen please contact your local post office. If your package still has not shown up 72 hours after it was marked as delivered please submit a missing mail search request with USPS - https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm - so they can help track down your package as well and email us the submission number.  Once we receive that submission number we'll work to resolve your order issue promptly.
